Abstract Chinese cabbage is a major vegetable widely planted in most areas of my country. With the increase market demand and growth planting area, traditional manual harvesting can no longer meet development needs times, agricultural mechanization has become trend. In view actual production situation China, important parts harvester are designed based on TRIZ theory, working principle clarified. The includes functions pulling, transporting cutting roots, completes work required for harvesting. Carrying out experiments to explore best parameters root process conducive subsequent design research harvester.
